Treehouse Visit

For the second day of our spring break I took the kids over to Chelsea and went to the 'Treehouse'. It's a great, and very clean, indoor play area. The kids played for a little over 2 hours and ran themselves into the ground. They have very wonderful leather chairs and couches for the adults to sit in while they watch. I took a good book and enjoyed myself very well.
Here's Logan climbing down some steps.

Luke hamming it up for the camera.

Logan doing a nice pose.

This is a cute, quick video showing how fas the kids go down the slides...and how they like to finish the ride. I have to say I've kicked off my shoes and enjoyed the slides a few times as well :)
Later, we met Brad at Chuck E. Cheese's for lunch...that was a bit of overload for the boys. I'll make those two separate visits the next time.

Spring Break--Toledo Zoo

We started our spring break by going to the Toledo Zoo with Grandma and Grandpa Fish. Grandpa had never been there. It wasn't Florida, but it still turned out to be a decent day.
Mom got a turn to pose with the boys.

Grandpa found some panda statues to climb on. Logan wasn't cooperating.

Luke was very nervous to turn his back on the gorilla for the picture. He didn't want the gorilla to get him.

This was the first time I've been to the zoo where we've actually seen the faces of lions. They're always sleeping behind a rock with their backs turned. Not only were they sitting up, but they were actually roaring loudly a couple times.

Checking out the elephants. You can see them better now, soon the trees will be full of leaves and it's hard to get a good view.

I guess this is the time of year to visit the zoo. We don't usually see the octopus moving either. This time he was crawling all over the glass and entertaining us.

Our favorite animal is the polar bear. They weren't in the mood for swimming, but they were still running around close to the glass for us to see well.

We ended the day by saying good bye to the polar bears and seals. It was a fun day for all!

...More wedding photos!

I was sent more pictures from other cameras and had to add a couple good shots. Here's Jack hanging out waiting for pictures after the wedding.
Pop had to help Luke get put back together after he ran around outside the church after the wedding.

Grandpa pitched in. The boys got white paint all over their tuxes from rubbing on the church railing outside. Grandpa got a wet cloth and wiped them down. Here it's Logan's turn.

Mom and Dad enjoying some time with no kids at the reception.

I took some heat for not having pictures with Sean and Lindsey in them, but all the ones I had on my camera came out blurry. I was rushing each time. Here's a good one. The boys were telling Sean and Lindsey good bye before they headed home to bed.

Here's a great end of the evening shot. Grandma and Pop took the boys home with them. Here they are with no shoes and shirts untucked with a last hurrah photo before taking them off.
It was a very memorable and fun day!
